Since then, Eric has sold well over 1000 homes in the area and annually ranks high among the Elite producing agents in Charlotte, with sales volume ranging anywhere from $25M-$50M annually. For the last 2 years (2009 & 2010), his sales have ranked #1 in sales volume in the area, outproducing 6000+ Charlotte agents. Within RE/MAX International, EE’s annual sales consistently rank #1 in Charlotte, #1 in the Carolinas, Top 50 in the USA, and Top 100 in the World.
Eric believes that his success is a direct result of his 1st class marketing, extensive online exposure, persistence, prudent negotiating skills, and good old fashioned hard work. Also, Eric prides himself in equipping his clients with first hand knowledge of the reality of the market so they can make sound financial decisions.

In this very difficult real estate market where lenders & appraisals are ultra conservative and play a crucial role in the success of the transaction....Eric continues to counsel appraisers seeking his professional opinion and insight on the pricing of custom homes that are under contract and on homes where homeowners are seeking refinancing. Eric obviously plays a significant role in the South Charlotte marketplace, even in transactions that he is not a party to.
Eric loves to network and stay ahead of the game. Despite these trying times in a buyers market, in 2011 Eric had several homes that he sold in a week or less, 1 home that sold in 1 day for full price, and 2 other homes that he sold without putting the homes on the market.
On a personal note, Eric is married, and has 3 children. Lilian, his wife, is a local family physician. In Eric's spare time, he is an avid golfer, and has recently taken up Taekwondo with his goal being to obtain his Black Belt. |
